The following C project contains the C source code and C examples used for fully functional windows uptime program. Reports the Uptime of your Windows Operating system, also shows how to use Registry/Clipboard/Resource Strings/System Tray, also has windows XP theme, I think it's great for both learning and using, then again..I wrote it, so of course I would :)
