A bayesian adaptive basis algorithm for single particle reconstruction in matlab

The following Matlab project contains the source code and Matlab examples used for a bayesian adaptive basis algorithm for single particle reconstruction. Traditional single particle reconstruction methods use either the Fourier or the delta function basis to represent the particle density map.
