Adaptive Smoothing of FMRI Data

The following source code and examples are used for Adaptive Smoothing of FMRI Data that contains R functions for estimating the blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) effect by using functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) data, based on adaptive Gauss Markov random fields.

The source code and files included in this project are listed in the project files section, please make sure whether the listed source code meet your needs there.
